Manual Therapy

Dry Needling
Dry needling uses fine, sterile needles inserted into trigger points to tight, irritable areas of muscle to release tension and relieve pain.
Unlike acupuncture, it is grounded in Western anatomy and neuroscience. The technique can help reduce muscle tightness, improve blood flow and restore movement, making it a valuable tool for treating chronic or acute musculoskeletal conditions.

Strength & Conditioning
Strength and conditioning goes beyond basic rehabilitation exercise. This assists with building the physical adaptations needed to perform at your peak and to reduce the risk of injury.
We design individualised programs, whether you are recovering from an injury, preparing for sport or simply wanting to move and feel better.

Running Assessments
Running assessments provide a detailed analysis of your gait, biomechanics and movement patterns to identify inefficiencies or injury risks. We assess factors such as foot strike, cadence, hip control and posture.
Whether you are a seasoned runner or just getting started, a running assessment helps you run more efficiently, comfortably and with less risk of injury.

Sports Rehabilitation
Sports rehabilitation is aimed to assist athletes recover from injury and return to their sport safely and confidently. We combine hands-on treatment with sport specific exercise and progressive loading to restore function, strength and performance.
Our goal is not just to get you back on the field. It's to ensure you return stronger and better equipped to prevent re-injury.

Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
Orthopaedic rehabilitation focuses on recovery from conditions and injuries affecting the muscles, bones, joints, ligaments and tendons.
This includes pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, fracture management, joint replacements and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Appointment Types

Initial Consultation (40 minutes)
A comprehensive assessment of your presenting condition, relevant medical history and goals. We identify the contributing factors, discuss a working diagnosis and the next steps moving forwards.
Subsequent Consultation (25 minutes)
Follow up appointments focus on reviewing your progress and delivering hands on and exercise based rehab tailored to your diagnosis.
Long Consultation (40 minutes)
If you have multiple/complex presentations that requires more time for hands on treatment, reassessment and exercise progression.
Also appropriate for those who just would prefer a longer session in general.

**** Medicare GP Chronic Conditions Management Plan (GPCCMP) Required ***
This type of appointment is for those with the above referral from their GP. This appointments follow the same format as our Initial/Subsequent Consultations with our billing processed under the relevant medicare item numbers.
Clients are eligible for medicare rebates under these plans. Please be aware that there is still likely to be a gap to cover for the consultation.

A video consultation for patients who are unable to attend the clinic in person or require a follow-up consultation that doesn’t require hands on treatment.
Ideal for reviews of exercise programs, education, post-operative check ins or assessment prior to a clinic visit.
Please ensure you have adequate space to complete exercise or movement as it required.

Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Physiotherapy Appointment
***Case number, Case manager & Physiotherapy approval is required***
Clients receiving physiotherapy treatment following a transport accident, under an accepted claim with the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). These consultations address injuries sustained in a road accident, with treatment focused on restoring function, managing pain, and supporting your safe return to daily activities, work, or sport.
Work Safe Physiotherapy Appointment (Work Cover)
***Case number, Case manager & Physiotherapy approval is required***
Clients receiving physiotherapy treatment for a work-related injury or illness under an accepted WorkSafe Victoria claim
Treatment is delivered in line with WorkSafe's Clinical Framework, with a focus on optimising function, participation, and safe return to work.
Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) Physiotherapy Appointment
***GP DVA referral required***
Veterans and eligible entitlement holders referred for physiotherapy treatment under the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) scheme. These consultations follow the same evidence-based clinical standard as our private appointments, with treatment tailored to the individual's condition, functional goals, and any relevant service-related history.
A current DVA Gold or White Card is required, along with a valid referral from your GP or specialist.
